Mr Ajay Wadhwa is a tax advisor and consultant to leading Indian and multinational companies.

Mr Ajay Wadhwa has delivered presentations and conducted seminars on tax related issues nationwide. Mr. Ajay Wadhwa specializes in matters relating to Search and Seizure, Transfer Pricing and International Taxation, Service Tax and FEMA.

Mr H.C. Sakharwal has more than 40 years of experience in taxation matters. Mr. H.C. Sakharwal joined Indian Revenue Service in 1974. During his term at Income Tax Department, Mr H.C Sakharwal worked in various capacities such as assessment, appeals, judicial and investigation units. Mr H.C. Sakharwal retired as Commissioner of Income-tax, Hyderabad after putting in more than 32 years of service and is an expert on tax planning and advice.

Rajeev Sabharwal,

Mr Rajeev Sabharwal has more than 21 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Mr Rajeev Sabharwal has vast experience in representing before various offices of the Department at the assessment and appellate levels. Mr Rajeev Sabharwal specializes in service tax and VAT. Mr. Rajeev Sabharwal has finalized a number of tax audits and statutory audits under the Companies Act.

Ms Priti Wadhwa is a Partner in Ajay Wadhwa & Associates since 1991. She heads the team conducting more than 35 statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits and bank audits.   Ms Wadhwa has considerable experience in financial statements audit, advisory services, corporate governance and financial risk management.

Ms. Seema Seth

Ms Seema Seth is a Partner in Ajay Wadhwa & Associates since 1994. Ms Seth has significant experience in conducting concurrent and inspection audits of various banks including Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, Vijaya Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce.  Ms Seth is a partner at firm’s Mumbai office.
